Forgive me if this has already been fixed. I don't have time to download
the latest base2_2.tgz to check. If it hasn't, it's important and needs
reporting.

I was having problems with dselect and installing from multiple-CDs. I
reported these problems with apt-get as a bug, and the response came back to
me that this had been fixed, in apt version 0.3.18. This package was in
fact included on the CDs that I have. However, the base system installed
apt version 0.3.16. If this hasn't been updated, it needs to be.

Thanks -

Jim

indeed we are using .18 now. by the way this bug should be reported against
boot-floppies.
