Problem with potato boot-base

Hi,

I've just installed a system from potato base2_2.tgz.  After the
system booted I ran 'apt-get update' and 'apt-get upgrade'.  Right
after apt-get has fetched all packages I got the message:

debconf: Perl may be unconfigured (Can't locate Getopt/Long.pm in @INC ...

I assume there is a problem with debconf in base2_2.tgz.
