Bug#59156: ne driver solution

I compiled a new linux kernel with ne driver, eth0 worked fine.
This will not help a newbie installer, but proves that eth0 was busy
because another driver was using it.

Some comments on continuing the DOS install:

base2_2.tgz was in directory C:\deb, using the harddisk option was
asked which directory twice. The second time was unneccessary,
it said /instmnt/deb.

I did not install any modules, but looked in /lib/modules/2.2.14/
to find all modules. These should have been removed.

There were some questions which could have been said better, so a
newbie would understand.

When using apt, you should allow for the possibility that only the 
base system will be installed and apt will be used at a later date.
