Bug#58150: depmod -a reporting ELF error due to /lib/modules/.../.unconfigured

Actually a heap of bugs...

* depmod -a reports ELF error due to /lib/modules/.../pcmcia/.unconfigured
* pcmcia package isn't actually removed unless you use dselect
* removing pcmcia package doesn't remove pcmcia modules (which are not
  associated with any package)
* debconf-tiny reports a plethora of errors before perl-5.005 is installed
* debconf-tiny can't do text mode, even though it offers it as an option

The install process itself was pretty slick, just when I finally got into the
system these errors hit me.
