Oops... I meant a different thing. Currently pserver is used for making it
possible for people without an account on cvs.debian.org access CVS repository.
Everything is done under a dedicated account. The recipe you provide is only
suitable for r/o anonymous access, is it not? So it's not exactly what is
needed.
