Bug#43057: Use RawWrite for windows to recognise windows filenames.

Its pretty too, even has a picture of a penguine in the top left corner.
Whilest this wont work for dos machines, i dont beleive this bug would apply
to dos machines.
The bug is because there are more than 8 characters, under dos the filenames
would be shortened to resc14~1.bin and resc~2.bin, so they would be
distinuishable from each other.
(but i could be wrong, i dotn have old dos to test it)
