This issue is entirely about 2.0 back-compatability on the
boot-floppies package.  I very much agree that retaining 2.0
back-compatability would be nice, but it's not a release-level issue.
To repeat, it is not a *requirement* that boot-floppies have *any*
support for 2.0 kernels.

Patches against dbootstrap to add this prompt, thereby enabling 2.0
compatability, are welcome and will be incorporated in potato if
provided.
