Bug#45362: Cannot install boot-floppies

Package: boot-floppies
Version: 2.1.9

I am running potato, but cannot install boot-floppies because it seems
that some of the names of packages upon which it depends have changed.

$ apt-get install boot-floppies
Reading Package Lists...
Building Dependency Tree...
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
  boot-floppies: Depends: newt0.25-dev but it is not installable
                 Depends: popt but it is not installable
E: Sorry, broken packages

newt0.30-dev seems to exist, as does libpopt0.
