I'll try to do my best. I'm having a really busy summer, so I have less
time to spend on boot-floppies development than I would like...

I'll try to have a working set next week (no new features, just old slink
floppies with new kernel and new glibc) but don't hold your breath.

I would like to have cd-rom autodetection code for easy cd-rom based
installations (it's probably too hard/late to implement it for other
methods) on potato boot-floppies, has anybody been working on that?
