Bug#41408: Profile selection should be availble any time

	It is my understanding that profile selection should not be
deleted before dselect is run, we should provide a way for users to
"go back" on the process of installation, and the removal of this step
does not help.
	I would propose keeping the same scripts and information used for
profile selection in the /root directory or in a base package installed
after the first 'dselect' pass.
	I presume that profile selection can be made anytime, not only
before installation, since only dpkg --set-selections is used, and I feel
this kind of tool would help novice users.
