Changed pkgLock so that it gets created in constructor of CacheData instead of
on a "complete Run" - actual installation/removal/etc. Previously, updateCache
was run every now and then to verify cache is up to date -> depCache gets rewritten
each time updateCache denotes a change which resets all queued install/remove/etc
requests.
