Added support for a maintainer which is not Enrique, see the main
Makefile as well.
Added support for `/boot_message' which contains the text that will be
copied onto the floppy as `message.txt'. Caveat: this text has to use
DOS or IBMPC encoding for a dumb intel-based pc since that's the
charset used natively. Thus rootdisk.sh needs to handle this. The
text may stil contain one `%s'to be replaced by the kernel name.
I've added more general support (stolen from basedisk.sh) to support
different architectures and subarchitectures that use different
encodings.
