Bug#36657: boot-floppies: /etc/fstab nasty formatting

This is a nitpick. I'm reporting it only because it's bothered me for a long
time and I discovered today it bothers others too.
The /etc/fstab generated by the initial install of debian has items in it
spaced apart by spaces. This makes it hard to make thing line up when you're
editing it yourself. It'd be nice if it used tabs to separate fields instead.
