IIRC, it's fixed. The problem was that the lowmem disk didn't created
an /etc/swaps file, and because of that, when dbootstrap started libfdisk
couldn't detect there was a swap partition active. (Of course all that is
not needed on 2.2.x kernels, where /proc/swaps exists).
Also, the workaround proposed on that URL is not optimal, as deactivating
swap on a low-memory system is not something to be done lightly...
