Bug#26626: Hamm Low Memory Installation From 1.2 MB Floppy

I believe that the idea is to use the resc1200.bin and then use
lowmemrd.bin as your root disk.

Hopefully I'm right... I'll add this to the installation documentation.
Then we'll close this bug and pray.
