Log message:
Fixed /dev/console support for 2.2 kernel.
Now init tries to detect the tty backend then reopen the real tty (either
/dev/tty1 or /dev/ttyS<n>) instead of using /dev/console directly.
It fixes missing job control under this first terminal, and also the
stderrToTTY redirection in dbootstrap.
