Subject: Boot Floppies v2.1.5; drv1440tecra disk does not install correctly

During the "Install the Kernel and Modules" step when the routine asks
for the Drivers disk, it completes the routine without reporting any
errors.

However, when I reach the "Configure the Modules" stage the list is
empty! The only option is the "Exit this section"

I successfully duplicated this on the following machines:

Toshiba Portegé 610CT
Toshiba Satellite Pro 420CDT
IBM Thinkpad 720CXT
Compaq Presario

The workaround I found is to use the drv1440 driver disk with the
resc1440tecra rescue disk.
