Necessary changes to support building graphical boot disks. Specifically:
Makefile: Add root-graphical.bin and resc1440-graphical.bin targets.
rootdisk.sh: Put /dev/fb0 on boot disks; allow alternate busybox binary.
utilities/Makefile: Call make for `bogl' subdirectory.
utilities/busybox/Makefile: Add `busyboxg' target for graphical busybox.
utilities/dbootstrap/Makefile: Add `dbootstrapg' target for graphical
dbootstrap. On an unrelated note, fixed buggy error messages from files
passed through pointerize by putting a proper `#line' directive in its
translated files.
utilities/dbootstrap/lang.h: Updated for new messages.
