These changes eliminate all direct dependencies from dbootstrap on
newt, which is necessary to allow the graphical boot disks to do their
own thing.
1. As discussed earlier on debian-boot, monochrome installation is now
a boot-time command-line option, rather than a menu selection.
Specify `mono' on the boot command-line to get a monochrome
installation.
2. The timezone config interface code has been moved from tzconfig.c
to boxes.c since it directly accessed newt.
