another preselections issue

Version : 2.1.8.1 (dated 1 May)

Steps:

Install clean
Select custom profile
Select 'minimal X11' task
run dselect, update, install
get error about unmet dependancies:
  mc: Depends:libpam0g Depends:libpwdb0g
