Done. Could Alpha people check it? The CVS server is
':ext:yourlogin@master.debian.org/debian/home/sr1/lib/cvs', module
boot-floppies.

Here is the CVS log for it:

Alpha changes only:
 * Alpha URLs added in urls.ent
 * Two Alpha paragraphs, one to warn about the state of slink for the
   Alpha (wording from the thread
"slink_cd: still waiting on final boot/install setup")
and one to point toward the need to read the various on-line
installation guides which are not yet folded into install.sgml.

Personal note: on the debian-alpha mailing list, most work seems to be done on potato (glibc 2.1 and all that stuff), while the Alpha is by far the least ready port for slink.
