master and acquisition methods

Stéphane, I note that there are a number of acquisition methods in
scripts/basedisks/master2files/master which should probably not be
there.

For many of the profiles, you are suggesting the installation of
several acquisition methods which we consider obsolete:

dpkg-ftp: Tasks: Admin,  Profiles: Admin,  ...
dpkg-http: Tasks: Admin,  Profiles: Admin, ...
dpkg-mountable: Tasks: C, Gui_devel, Standard,  Profiles: Devel_comp, ...
