implement fdisk auto-detection system, which detects which fdisk is
enabled for an architecture. Also, it extracts and formats the man
pages from the actual packages containing the fdisken (i.e.,
'mac-fdisk_0.1-1.deb'). But don't worry, you can still build the
documentation without the debs.
more robust way to detect possible architectures in Makefile
