Log message:
As the Intallation Manual uses the new name for the installation tool
(dbootstrap) let's start renaming "dinstall" to "dbootstrap". First in
the user-visible spots (files and directories on the root disk).
I'll keep the utilities/dinstall directory that way for a while, as
renaming directories under CVS is Not Fun (TM).
