Bug#31139: marked as done (Typo in install instructions for slink (2.1.3))

Hi,  there seems to be a mis-reference in

slink/main/disks-i386/2.1.3-1998-12-18/install-5.html

Which talks about (and links to) "base2_0.tgz" when the file name seems
to have changed to "base2_1.tgz".
