Just stating "I want the latest" makes absolutely no sense. I believe
you need to explain why. And this is a general rule, not specific to X.
Is 7.10 lacking a new feature? A support of some hardware (which one)?
Does 7.11 have bugs fixed (in which case which ones are affecting you?)?
