quanta missing from etch-backports

Hi there,

I'm really enjoying kde-3.5.7 from etch-backports, thanks.

I'd like to know why quanta-3.5.7 isn't available from etch-backports on 
my laptop after a recent apt-get update.  The quanta-data-3.5.7 package 
is available, but not quanta.  Yet they both derive from the same 
source package (kdewebdev).  packages.debian.org says that 
kdewebdev-3.5.7 is available in etch-backports:

	http://packages.debian.org/etch-backports/kdewebdev

Perhaps the mirror I use is broken?  I use the following APT source:

deb http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/backports.org/ \
    etch-backports main contrib non-free
