Pbm installing debian on a sheevaplug
Hi all,
I am trying to install a recent debian on my somewhat oldish
sheevaplug dev kit (MODEL: 003-SP1001). I think I bought it more than
one year ago but never tried to use it before today. I am following
the following howto:
http://plugcomputer.org/plugwiki/index.php/Installing_Debian_To_Flash
However when I start the installer (today's daily build) I get the
following unrecognized machine ID error:
"""
Marvell>> setenv bootargs console=ttyS0,115200
base-installer/initramfs-tools/driver-policy=most
Marvell>> bootm 0x0400000 0x0800000

I am using the uboot.bin that comes from the esia 2.0.5-2 package:
/usr/share/esia/uboot/uboot.bin
On the plug startup it displays the following version number:
U-Boot 1.1.4 (Jul 19 2009 - 16:03:28) Marvell version: 3.4.19
Any idea how to fix this issue?
