Packages from "cats" are not uploaded anymore

Hi,

I have remarked that packages from the buildd named "cats" are not
uploaded anymore, despite the fact it is still building packages (so it
is not down). It seems the last time packages have been uploaded from
this build daemon is around 1 week ago.

Could you please have a look?
