There are an open, RC bugs against console-data asking for arm
support. Since console-* is virtually unmaintained (please see
http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-0107/msg00953.html) you will
have to supply a patch for this bug if you want to see your
architecture supported. (Note that this has to happen within
a week!)
