Yes, there are mis-configurations leading to open bugs. I guess I could
close some of them with a friendly hint how to repair the config.

A good policy :)
How about closing bugs? Normally they SHOULD only be closed by either
submitter or maintainer, at least such bugs that don't need any change
in packaging or upstream source.
Therefore I did not send the reply to 391280-done@ but to 391280@. If
you tell me to close such bugs by emailing to ###-done@ I will do so.
