Spam on debian-announce
Sorry, the moderated flag on debian-announce was turned off due to _my_
mistake.
The spammer "Harry Chanen" signed the list rules via email on January 17.
It's clear he didn't understand them. From his message, he sounds like a
kid with some problems. He wasn't posting commercial advertising, which
would have bought him a lawsuit. I disabled his posting privileges and
left it at that.
