I don't know. You should give more information, especially
cat /proc/cpuinfo
and compare with
http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/TechnicalResources/0,,30_182_739_7203,00.html
and get the pdf linked to this one:

It is very likely that your processor support two frequencies.
