download FedoraCore3 rpm and "alien" it!
Tried now, works.

I got it from 
ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/core/3/x86_64/os/Fedora/RPMS/vnc-server-4.0-8.x86_64.rpm

VNC newer version fail on glib compatibility (needs newer version than
sid's one)
