One of the members of ftpmaster, Daniel Silverstone, let me know today that there will be a forthcoming email to dda in the next few weeks about archive restructuring which will allow amd64 to be added. He seems to think it may take up to 2 months before it will be ready though. :\ I guess this may be the SCC support that was mentioned at debconf. Hopefully they can finish whatever it is they are working on a bit sooner. Chris
