I think we'd better put a static linked cdebootstrap binary tgz in alioth

I have follow the faq in the debian-amd64.alioth.debian.
I have met some little problem.

One problem is I am running a woody, cdebootstrap can not
be installed because it depends a new version of glibc.
Build from source in debian-amd64.alioth.debian is not as easy
as I think. The build of source depends automake1.7...

I had to make a sid chroot environment and build a static linked
cdebootstrap myself...

I think if there is a static linked cdebootstrap (install in /usr/local)
in debian-amd64.alioth.debian would help a lot.
