The MVME processor boards don't support booting from CD but the BVME4000 &
BVME6000 support the standard 'El-Torito' CD boot spec so you simply use
mkisofs or mkhybrid using the VME rescue disk image, as built by
'boot-floppies', as the bootfile. e.g. mkhybrid ... -b boot/resc1440.bin -c
boot/boot.catalog
