popcorn.debian.org for FOSDEM?

Crazy idea:

We (Natureshadow and I) were just thinking about popcorn.debian.org:

How about we set up a container of popcorn (for health reasons,
probably, those small individually-packaged bags) and a paper
list in which people who want some popcorn need to list their
number of installs, architectures, and maybe even their preferred
init systems ;-)
