We of Bay Area Debian are somewhat anarchistic and
organize our events like so:

The meeting for April would be 11 Apr but the group is always happy
to have additional events announced, be they "special meetings" or
invitations to related events, and a visit of proper DDs or DMs at
a local conference certainly qualifies.

Meetings of late have often back to back with Ubuntu Hour

Also, if you need volunteers to help you with various
aspects of your visit, the list (bad@bad.debian.net)
would also be the appropriate place to announce it.
