parse error in changelog

Hello,

Can someone pinpoint the error in the changelog below:


dbxml (2.5.16-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Initial release (Closes: #573859)

When I run dpkg-buildpackage, I get the error


parsechangelog/debian: warning:     debian/changelog(l5): badly
formatted trailer line

parsechangelog/debian: warning:     debian/changelog(l5): found eof
where expected more change data or trailer


but I really don't see where it conflicts with the changelog format
specification.
