yes.

Sadly the most cool feature does not work: Take a picture while the
camera is connected via usb, still having full control over the camera's
own buttons/menu and automatically having the just token image
transferred to the pc and displaying it while making the next foto.

It is the SDK from Olympus. It's available here:

It's only binary, neither open nor free. When I got it a few years ago I
had to register and pay some money for it.
It's even not for redistribution, except some parts that (according to
olympus) will be enough to run the camera connection.
For now i did not release _any_ olympus stuff, but i'll work myself
through the documentation and work out what i'm allowed to redistribute.
While not neccessary for debian it's still an important part to release.
