IPv6 @ UBCECE

Hi,

Starting a few minutes ago all our hosts at UBC(ECE)[1] have IPv6
connectivity. Debian is the first IPv6 subnet routed at this place.

With this change more than half of all debian.org machines are now
reachable over IPv6.

A number of developer accessible machines (and therefore also quite a
good number of public services) are hosted at UBC(ECE). If you
experience any problems with those hosts[2][3], you might want to first
look into debugging your IPv6.

We would like to thank Luca Filipozzi and the UBC(ECE) and bc.net staff
for making this possible.

Cheers,
Martin
