那就奇怪了，我的是 23.1+1-5 版本，一直没有问题，不做任何设置就可以调出
scim。实在不行的话，你可以试试 scim-bridge-el 这个包。这个包利用 emacs
的内部输入法机制利用 scim-bridge 调用 scim，但是中英文切换上有点问题。
