Bug#876474: RFS: jclicmoodle/3.0.1-1 (package already in Debian from 2009)

Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: normal [important for RC bugs, wishlist for new packages]

  Dear mentors,

  I am looking for a sponsor for my package "jclicmoodle"

 * Package name    : jclicmoodle
   Version         : 3.0.1-1
   Upstream Author : Departament d'Ensenyament de la Generalitat de
   Catalunya
 * URL             : https://github.com/projectestac/moodle-mod_jclic
 * License         : GPL-3
   Section         : web

  It builds those binary packages:

    jclicmoodle - JClic module for Moodle

  To access further information about this package, please visit the
  following URL:

  https://mentors.debian.net/package/jclicmoodle

  Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this
  command:

    dget -x
    https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/j/jclicmoodle/jclicmoodle_3.0.1-1.dsc

  the package is also available on git
  https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/jclicmoodle.git/

  Changes since the last upload:

  * New upstream release.
     - Update years in debian/copyright file.
   * Update Standards-Version to 4.1.
     - Update debhelper version to 10 in debian/control file.
     - Update compat level to 10 in debian/compat.
   * Change Priority field to optional in debian/control file
     (extra is deprecated).
   * Update header format in debian/copyright file.

   jclicmoodle is an add-on for moodle: allows you to run jclic [0] on
   moodle. Now, moodle is locked in sid due to lack of stable
   maintenance [1]. Even so, moodle has been updated 3 times this year.
   Meanwhile, I think it is necessary to continue updating jclicmoodle
   pending the unlocking of moodle.

  Regards,
   Innocent De Marchi
