[gopher] Announce: gopherweblink

I've just uploaded gopherweblink to Debian and put it in CVS.  It is a
tool that will generate special .html files for insertion into your
Gopher tree.  These files contain a META REFRESH to an arbitrary
specified URL.  By doing this, you can effectively link to arbitrary
web sites from a gopher directory!
