retitle 165365 ftp.d.o: creating dists/<release> links without "rN" component
thanks

As suggested bu Culus, it would be useful to be able to use one of the
following lines in sources.list. That would be consistent with how a
release is refered to from "apt -t" or APT::DefaultRelease.

	deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian 3.0 main contrib non-free
or (but less consistent with APT command-line)
	deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian Debian3.0 main contrib non-free

Looks like we just need to have a symlink created whenever a release
update has been done.

TIA,
