Bug#87767: apt-get upgrade fails strangely (Depends: libapt-pkg2.7)

The real bug here is with dpkg, it shouldn't have let you break these
dependencies:
> apt-move: Depends: libapt-pkg2.7
> console-apt: Depends: libapt-pkg2.7
> gnome-apt: Depends: libapt-pkg2.7
> libapt-pkg-dev: Depends: libapt-pkg2.7
But, I think filing it again against dpkg would be futile since it's
probably already reported a couple of hundred times... :/
