apt-get suggestions

When running:

$ apt-get -s install wine

It prints:

Updating package status cache...done
Checking system integrity...ok

upgraded.

Please consider adding version numbers and archive locations to the 
above list. This would help identifying if the user really wants the 
upgrade (as in keeping certain packages frozen only, but loading 
unstable for others).

Also as to the above, it also would be beneficial to be able to specify 
which archives to check when providing version numbers (again to keep a 
certain package frozen, although unstable version is already available).
