Bug#1001779: ITP: rust-hurl -- CLI that runs HTTP requests defined in simple plain text format

Hi Maytham,
I'm one of the upstream maintainer of Hurl. Do not hesitate to ping us
if we need to change something in the source.
For the package name, would it be possible to use `hurl` rather than
`rust-hurl` for the CLI?
Thanks
Fabrice
