Description : a easy to use BitTorrent client
Fragments is an easy to use BitTorrent client for the GNOME
desktop environment. It is usable for receiving files using the
BitTorrent protocol, which enables you to transmit huge files,
like videos or installation images for Linux distributions.

I will have to check if it can be included in the Gnome team
and others interested in this package, please respond to this bug.

Hi,

According to Debian Policy 4.9:
"For packages in the main archive, required targets must not attempt
network access, except, via the loopback interface, to services on the
build host that have been started by the build."

Which would make the package unacceptable by the FTP team. Because it
would depend on downloading extra dependencies from Cargo and that
would be necessary for software compilation.
